A 50% deposit is due 2 weeks prior to event. Remainder of balance is due 3 days prior to event. Deposit will be held if event is cancelled within the two week period. Cash, check, and major credit cards are all accepted.
All meats are marinated for 48 hours in Berkley's secret sauces and spices. Each menu includes Berk's famous Baked Beans, Caesar or Spring Mix Salad, Homestyle Potato Salad or Coleslaw, Dinner Rolls or Tortillas with Berks' fresh glaze.
